All Your Sprint Questions Answered
Do we have to do all six workshops, or can we start with one?
Start with one. Every engagement begins with a short diagnosis to identify which layer of the IMPACT Framework needs work first — then we build from there. Most teams begin with a single Sprint and add more as they see results. No package required.
We've done team training before and nothing changed. Why would this be different?
Because we don't train your team, we facilitate them. Training tells people what to do. Facilitation helps them figure it out themselves, which is the only way change actually sticks. We don't show up with a slide deck and a framework to download. We work with your team to surface the tools and solutions that are relevant to their situation — which is why the shifts tend to last beyond the workshop.
What is the Leadership Mastermind?
It's the answer to the Monday problem. Your team leaves the Sprint energized and then real life kicks back in. The Mastermind is a standing structure of regular office hours where leaders at every level bring real scenarios, real blockers, and real decisions. We work through them together. It's what keeps the work progressing instead of quietly fading out three weeks after the workshop ends. Included with all engagements.
How quickly will we see results?
Most teams notice something shift on day one a hard conversation that finally happens, a silence that finally gets broken. Can you deliver workshops remotely?
Yes. Every Sprint runs fully in-person or fully remote — same agenda, same outcomes, adapted toolset. We've facilitated high-performing sessions with NGO teams and life science organizations across Europe and North America, in the room and on screen.
